Terms and Conditions

Validity

These terms and conditions apply unless otherwise agreed in writing when entering into an agreement for the purchase of services, products or other services from Mentor Birgitte Hansen.

Confidentiality

Mentor Birgitte Hansen treats all information, data and materials that Mentor Birgitte Hansen may obtain in connection with the performance of work and mentoring as confidential. Mentor Birgitte Hansen does not disclose such information, including the customer’s identity, to third parties without prior agreement with the customer.

Prices

All prices are in British pounds (GBP) including VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms regarding The Money School:

The Money School is paid for when the agreement is entered into – unless otherwise agreed. Registration is binding. No refunds are given, regardless of whether the service is used or not.

The Money School can be paid in instalments for a fee. Registration is also binding when paying in instalments, regardless of whether the buyer chooses to discontinue their participation. If the buyer chooses to discontinue their participation, no refunds are given.

If the buyer defaults on the payment plan, the full amount becomes due for payment. The claim may also be transferred to another party for collection through a debt collection agency. In this case, fees for payment reminders and debt collection handling will be added.

The buyer is responsible for providing a functional email address to which communication and delivery of online courses and products can be sent. Birgitte Hansen does not take special measures in relation to specific spam filters or non-functioning email addresses.

Rights

Mentor Birgitte Hansen holds all rights to all materials, both printed and digital. When purchasing services from Mentor Birgitte Hansen, the buyer obtains the right to use written and digital materials. The right of use is personal. All materials may only be used for the buyer’s own use and may not be distributed or passed on to third parties.

Materials may not be used for purposes other than those for which they were purchased, including commercial purposes.

Liability

Any liability for damages incurred by Mentor Birgitte Hansen in relation to The Money School is limited to direct damage and loss. Under no circumstances shall Mentor Birgitte Hansen be liable for indirect damage or loss.

The exclusion of liability for indirect damage and loss applies regardless of the nature of the liability and regardless of whether Mentor Birgitte Hansen has acted with ordinary negligence.

Mentor Birgitte Hansen’s liability for direct damage and loss is limited to 50% of the price of the service to which the liability relates.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The agreement is governed by Danish law. Any dispute between the parties shall be decided under Danish law.
